Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all
U.S. orders over $80 to the lower 48 states. Orders under $80 will have a standard
shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Expedited Shipping
Need your gear faster? We offer UPS Next Day Air service
at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
Order Processing &
Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 1:00
PM MST (Monday–Friday) will ship out the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00
PM MST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped the
following business day.
Tracking information will be
emailed once your order ships.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within
the U.S. only.
UPS does not deliver to P.O.
boxes; please provide a physical address at checkout.
Pre-Orders
Some items may be available for pre-order before
they officially launch. When purchasing a pre-order product, please
note the following:
Payment is processed immediately upon placing your order,
not when the item ships.
Estimated shipping dates are provided at checkout –
please review carefully before completing your purchase.
If your order contains both in-stock
and pre-order items, they will ship separately. Additional
shipping fees may apply.
Any changes to the expected
shipping date will be communicated via email.
Returns
We want you to love your Dimension 10 gear! If you're not
completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 daysof
delivery.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused,
unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging
intact.
Returns are 100% free –
we cover the return shipping cost.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at
support@dimension-10.com with your order number.
We’ll send you a prepaid
UPS return label.
Drop off your package at
any UPS location.
Refunds
Once we receive your return,
please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
Refunds will be issued to the
original payment method.
